29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: On and prior to September 14, 2012 the employer provided quad leg chain slings for lifting trailer frames from the transfer carts to the work tables. The quad leg chain slings were not identified in any way to show that they were constructed from G43 carbon steel chain or to show the working capacity of the slings.
