Elmsford NY 10523    On or about 9/17/12,  a) Employee (s) were exposed to the hazard of getting caught in or struck by a Leeboy 8500 Conveyor Paver while attempting to repair the Paver as it was running.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to ensure that all employees that operate, service and maintain the paver read and follow the Operations, Service and Parts Manual for the 8500 Conveyor Paver (Manual No. 985682).
