29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i) Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures. (a) On September 12, 2012 employees of Reddy Ice, Inc. were exposed to contact with electrical current hazards when the external wiring of a fork lift battery charger had exposed wiring in numerous places.
