29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: a) On or about August 8, 2012, Masters Roofing, LLC, as a controlling employer, failed to ensure that employees of Xtreme Construction LLC (subcontractor) were protected from falls in excess of 6 feet while they conducted re-roofing activites. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
