29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about September 13, 2012 at 1409 East Main Street, Eaton, an servcie technician employee was exposed to a 15 ft fall hazard while working from the inside a vehicle mounted aerial lift basket wiithout utilizing any fall protection.
