29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: This violation most recently occurred on September 18, 2012, at a workplace located at 5500 Swiss Avenue, Dallas, TX 75214; where at least one (1) employee worked from the roof structure, not protected from falling an approximate 24-feet to the ground level below. NATIONWIDE TILE & ARCHITECTURAL SHEET METAL INC. WAS PRECVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) OR IT'S EQUVALENT, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314273806, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 01, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 09, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 518 W.
