29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) In Luverne, AL, at the intersection of SR 10 and Folomer Ave.: On September 18, 2012; the employer failed to ensure that employees working from elevated positions in a truck mounted lift were protected from falls by a harness and lanyard, exposing and employee to falls of approximately 20 feet.
