29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: a) At the facility, on or about September 13, 2012 - The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program. Housekeepers utilize hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Virex II 256, a corrosive which contained dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and ethyl alcohol, Spitfire SC Power Cleaner, a corrosive which contains benzyl alcohol and 2-butoxyethanol, and Glance HC Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner, a corrosive which contains 2-2-butoxyethanol and ammonium hydroxide during housekeeping tasks. A written hazard communication program was not developed and maintained.
