29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location shall be suitable for the location. Employees working at the dump area were expose to shock hazards, due to the electrical outlet, which was used to provide electrical power equipment because it was not suitable for wet for damp locations.
