SIGNS MANUFACTURING & MAINTENANCE CORP WAS PRECVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF 29 CFR 1926.453(B)(2)(V) OR IT'S EQUVALENT, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311952220 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 02, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 27, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3100 GRAPEVINE MILLS PARKWY, GRAPEVINE TX 76061.
