29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 9/20/12, at 23247 Barwood Lane North, in the city of Boca Raton, an employee was applying waterproofing on the side of a residential condominium complex whereas he was not protected from a fall hazard of approximately 35 feet. A-1 Tropic Painting & Waterproofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312146335, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 6/4/2008, with respect to a workplace located at Florida Atlantic Blvd & NW 20th Street, Boca Raton, FL 33431, which became a final order on 6/27/2008.
