29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(iii)(A): The employer did not provide fire watchers whenever welding or cutting was performed, where combustible materials were adjacent to the opposite side of metal partitions, walls, ceilings, or roofs and were likely to be ignited by conduction or radiation:    (a) At the west end of the shop:  On September 20, 2012 and at times prior to; the employer failed to provide fire watchers during welding operations where combustible material was within 35 feet, exposing employees to hazards associated with fires such as but not limited to burns and smoke and fume inhalation.
