Phase one of the Buckeye Trail Commons apartment complex, Building 3 at 6707 Buckeye Commons Way, Dallas, Texas 75215; and b. Phase two of the Buckeye Trail Commons apartment complex, Building 17 at 6717 Bexar Street, Dallas, Texas 75215.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: This violation most recently occurred on September 20, 2012, where employees were exposed to fall hazards while working approximately 18-feet above the ground level below without the use of a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system at the following locations: a. Phase one of the Buckeye Trail Commons apartment complex, Buildings 6 and 7 at 6707 Buckeye Commons Way, Dallas, Texas 75215; and b. Phase two of the Buckeye Trail Commons apartment complex, Building 22 at 6717 Bexar Street, Dallas, Texas 75215. THE VR ENTERPRISES GROUP CORP, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315353342, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 01 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 1, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT485 NW 72ST STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA 33150.
