29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Facility, 47 West Craig Street, Uniontown, PA: On or about September 20, 2012, there was not any strain relief to the electrical cord on the inkjet photo eye counter. This condition exposed employees to a potential electrical shock hazard.
