29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(ii): All 120 volt, single-phase, 15 and 20 amp receptacle units which are not part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and which were in use by employees, did not have approved ground-fault circuit interrupters for personnel protection: a) New Building - On or about 18 September, 2012 - Employees were using an electric screw gun, that was powered through an extension cord that was missing the ground prong while in a elevated lift in wet weather conditions installing exterior wall sheathing; power provided by a portable generator; no GFCI protection used.
