Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet.

Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet. WITZ ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILIAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315751909 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001, ISSUED ON 01/06/2012.
