29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Lake Crest Inn Roof - On or about 19 September, 2012 - Subcontractor employees were installing roofing shingles on the front face of the 13 on 12 pitch roof without the use of personal fall protection. Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 9 feet to the landing.
