29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    In the dietary area, on or about 11/28/12:  Employees use corrosive chemicals such as Lime-A-Way.  The employer had not provided an emergency eyewash which was capable of providing fifteen minutes of copious flushing of the eyes.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

Throughout the facility, on or about 11/28/12:  The facility exposure control plan (ECP) was in adequate in that it did not address the requirements listed in paragraphs (d), (e) and (h).  Additionally, the facility EVCP did not contain an exposure determination as specified in the sttandard.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
