Condition observed on/or about September 21, 2012.

Employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to:  - n-butyl acetate, ethanol, xylene and toluene, etc. (contained in Duracoat Pre-catalyzed Lacquer Semi-Gloss 60 5),  - octane, n-butyl acetate, toluene and acetone, etc. (contained in Industrial Sanding Sealer).
