29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Runs of open conductors used as temporary wiring branch circuits were located where the conductors would be subject to physical damage: a) At the worksite, on August 21, 2012, the 240 volt 40 amps electrical wiring supplying power to the General Contractor's trailer and Chick-fil-A trailer was strung on the ground and on the parking lot without any additional protection. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock.
