29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: On or about 09/20/2012, the employer allowed an employee to cut studs using a circular saw that did not have a permanent and continuous path to ground. The multiple outlet adapter and flexible cord utilized to power the saw did not have ground pins.
