Or, in the alternative:    Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized fall hazards which were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:     This violation occurred on September 18, 2012, at a workplace located at 14949 & 14999 Preston Road, Dallas, TX; where at least two (2) employees, who accessed/egressed aerial lift buckets from the platforms above the carrier (truck) caps, were exposed to the hazard of falling to the lower level.
