The exit access led into a dead-end corridor:    a) Jobsite: 4 Lee Boulevard, Malvern, Main Floor, East and South sides of building - Two exit routes were obstructed by stone materials and equipment that were placed within the exit routes exposing the employees to entrapment and serious injuries. Observed on or about 09/21/2012.    b) Jobsite: 4 Lee Boulevard, Malvern, Main Floor, East side of building - A sign showing an exit access led into a dead-end corridor exposing employees to entrapment and serious injuries. Observed on or about 09/21/2012.
