29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On November 28th, 2012 employees of George's Farms working in the live receiving area were exposed to contact with electrical current hazards when proper strain relief was not provided to conduit running along the wall in the area. The conduit was not braced to the wall causing it to sag and transmit tension to the joint of the conduit and a small electrical box. The conduit broke at this joint exposing live wiring. Employees were also exposed in the processing areas when proper strain relief was not provided to wiring coming down from the ceiling and into metal tubing. Internal wiring was exposed due to the wiring rubbing on the sharp edge of the metal tubing.
