29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: a) Residential jobsite: On September 13, 2012 and at times prior thereto an employee performing custom cabinetry work used a DeWalt 10 inch table saw without the blade guard in place. Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
