D.B.A. The Laurels: Employees tested a residents blood glucose levels via lancets (OneTouch UltraSoft Lancets) and administered insulin injections via needles (BD Ultra-Fine Pen Needles) and the employer did not ensure that the lancets/needles were engineered with sharps injury protection, on or about 09/19/2012. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
