29 CFR 1926.451(b)(10): Scaffold components manufactured by different manufacturers were intermixed with force so as to distort the scaffold's structural integrity: On 9/21/2012, the scaffolding that was used for painting the outside of the parking garage had vertical guardrail posts for the top level that did not fully engage the end frames of the second level and the top horizontal guardrail and midrail did not properly fit onto the vertical guard rail posts.
