The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. 1. 315 N. 12th Street, Fraco Scaffold - The employer did not provide fall protection training to an employee in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards located on the interior of the building structure. Observed on or about April 30, 2012.
