29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):     Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:    a) Jobsite: 1776 Chester Pike, Crum Lynne, Shop - Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about electric equipment operating at 240 Volts to permit ready and safe operations and maintenance of such equipment. A disconnect switch of 240 Volts was blocked by various objects that did not permit the safe operation of such equipment. The electric box was the disconnect switch for the electric power of the main shop. Observed on or about 09/25/2012.
