29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a)  116 Route 35, Neptune City, NJ:  Employees were working at a height greater than 16 feet from the ground level without the use of fall protection such as but not limited to personal fall arrest system and/or guardrails.  The employees were preforming carpentry work on the store fronts to add a faux second story to the shopping center, observed on or about 9/26/12.
