(b) The Garage Area - The path to the exit was diminished by a desk placed near the approach to the exit door; on or about 09/26/12. (c) Bay 7/8 Exit - The door frame was rusted and the door did not open easily; on or about 09/26/12. d) Mechanic's Cage Exit - Exterior stairwell door did not open easily; on or about 09/26/12.
