The chop saw and blade were not designed to be used together. Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area: a) Front porch of residential jobsite: On September 25, 2012 and at times prior thereto an employee and the responsible person were not familiar with the presence of crystalline silica in the veneer stone products being cut on the jobsite. b) Front porch of residential jobsite: On September 25, 2012 and at times prior thereto an employee and the responsible person were not familiar with the potential health effects of prolonged and repeated inhalation of respirable ctystalline silica. Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
