29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):     Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:    a)  2 Ute Place, Rockaway, NJ.    Employees were exposed to penetrating eye injuries while handling tree limbs and branches and while operating the brush chipper as protective eye and face equipment was not used or required by the employer.                                             Violation observed on or about 09/11/2012.

29 CFR 1910.135(a):     The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects:    a)  2 Ute Place, Rockaway, NJ.    Employees were exposed to head injuries while working in the area on the ground underneath where a tree trimmer was felling a tree as no methods of head protection were in use.                                             Violation observed on or about 09/11/2012.
