29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    A.)  Shenango Valley Siding, 4714 Meadowview Drive, Erie, PA  16509, southeast side of the structure, on or about September 27, 2012, and times prior thereto:  An employee was performing ground functions directly under the siding installation.  The employee was not wearing head protection when exposed to potential fall objects, including, but not limited to, vinyl siding and a pneumatic nail gun, from a height of 20 feet.
