29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace were readily accessible to employees when they are in their work area: McDonalds reconstruction project, 1100 South Mississippi Ave. Atoka OK: On or about September 21, 2012, employees were exposed to hazards created by the employer not keeping copies of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals such as, but not limited to, BASF NPI Sonolastic Limestone High Performance Polyurethane Sealant available to employees while working.
