29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail system, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. a) 619 11th Avenue, Belmar NJ: Employees engaged in framing and other related carpentry activities, at unprotected edges of the building, were not provided with any type of fall protection exposing them to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground surface below. Observed on or about 9/25/12.
