(a) Location - 6 Brookbie Road, Bedford, MA: On or about 10/02/2012, employees framing a home were not protected from falling while working at heights greater than six feet above a lower level. (a) Location - second floor to attic, 6 Brookbie Road, Bedford, MA: On or about 10/02/2012, employees framing a home were using a step ladder that did not extend three feet beyond the floor in which the employees were accessing.
