29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Every enclosed workplace shall be so constructed, equipped, and maintained, so far as reasonably practicable, as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, and other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program shall be instituted where their presence is detected. a) Edens Corporation/30th Street Site - The employer provided an inadequate extermination program for their employees who work at the Amtrak train station. Mouse feces were observed during the walkthrough of the ticket office. This was observed on October 2, 2012.
