29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Victor Castillo, Inc., 3758 Pecos Trail, Castle Rock, CO 80109; On and before October 1, 2012, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing work on a steep roof had adequate fall protective measures in place. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
