29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii):   Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided:  On or about October 03, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that electrical wiring for the web saw was free from recognized hazards in two instances:  a) The 440 Volt wiring leading from the control panel of the web saw to the shaker table motor was damaged and wrapped with black electrical tape.   b) The 440 Volt bundle of wires leading from the control panel into the leg of the web saw had several areas of the sheathing that was dry rotten and exposed wire showing.
