29 CFR 1926.1101(d)(2):     Asbestos hazards at a multi-employer work site were not abated by the contractor who created or controlled the source of asbestos contamination:    a)  The company performed class III asbestos demolition and renovation work of the bathroom area on the multi-employer worksite on the 4th floor 820 N. Plankinton Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53203.  This work included demolition, dry sweeping and removal of debris materials that contained asbestos inside of plastic sheeting rather than a containment under negative pressure with breaches in the plastic to cause potential exposure to people working both inside and outside the work area.

29 CFR 1926.1101(e)(1):     Regulated areas did not comply with the requirements  29 CFR 1926.1101(e)(2) through (e)(5):    a)  The company performing class III asbestos work as part of the demolition/renovation of the 4th floor bathroom area had breaches in plastic sheeting to enclose and contain the work operation.  The company did not label or mark the area in any manner to identify the asbestos hazards, ensure respirators were used in the work area and did not limit access to prevent asbestos exposure.
