29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. a) Laundry Room - The electrical panel box was not properly identified, in that, each circuit was not legibly and durably marked at the point or origin to indicate its purposes. All circuit breakers on the 208 voltages panel box were not marked for their intended purposes. Employees were exposed to a shock and/or burn hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Laundry Room - Equipment such as heater, laundry bin and a milk crate was stored in front of the 208 volts electrical panel box creating insufficient working space for authorized personnel who were required to perform service or maintenance on the equipment. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
