29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Establishment - Wall By Employee Time Clock: Portable fire extinguisher was not identified by signage indicating location of extinguisher and was not mounted so employees could easily locate extinguisher in case of emergency. Violation occurred on or about 10/3/2012.
