29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would secure vertical members together laterally, and the cross braces were not of such length as would automatically square: a) Lafayette College, McCartney and March Streets: Employees were working from a fabricated frame scaffold that was not fully braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces to ensure the scaffold was always plumb, level, and square, on or about October 3, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
