29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Brentwood Building & Development Corp. at 8572 E. Iliff Dr., Denver, CO 80231: On October 4, 2012 as the controlling employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in decking operations on a wood frame residential construction without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet.
