29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about October 1, 2012, at 10201 Buffalo Speedway, Houston TX - The employer did not ensure that employees were wearing a fall arrest system when they were doing the paint work for an apartment complex. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of 30 feet on to the ground.
