29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Facility: On or about October 3, 2012 the employer allowed the rear exit door in the storage area near bathroom to be blocked by table and other assorted materials exposing employees to fire hazards by preventing employees from exiting the building in the case of an emergency.
