29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or about October 2, 2012: Employees in the maintenance shop area of the facility were exposed to electrical hazards due to the working space surrounding the maintenance bay's electrical panel being used for storage of chemicals such as but not limited to, antifreeze and transmission fluid. The employer failed to ensure the working space surrounding electrical equipment was clear.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: On or about October 2, 2012: Employees in the maintenance shop (bay) area were exposed to chemical hazards while working with chemicals such as but not limited to, brake fluid, coolant, washer fluid, transmission fluid, and antifreeze while performing various vehicle maintenance tasks. The employer failed to ensure employees were provided adequate information and training to be aware of the location and availability of hazard communication program and its elements in case of an emergency. HLH Investments, LLC dba Precision Tune Auto Care was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315741645, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/22/12, with respect to a workplace located at 1711 Hwy 138, Conyers, GA 30013.
