29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On October 4, 2012 at a jobsite located at 28141 Diehl Road, Warrenville, IL., employees were working on an overhang and were not utilizing fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15.7 feet.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
