29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level. On or about June 20, 2012, and times prior to, employees were changing target material such as plywood used to partice with live ammunition without using respirators. This condition exposed employees to potential health hazards associated with lead from the amunition used.
